As Pokemon Go has been out for a few weeks now, people are already starting to break away from the regular players and cement themselves a spot as a top Pokemon Trainer. You may be asking to yourself how much EXP do you earn from each task, you could catch Pokemon as it is the most common thing to do however you may not have the Pokeballs to do this. In our article today we are going to break this down bit by bit for you.
Earn 0-50 XP
Battle at a gym – This will earn you EXP based on your Pokemon and your opponent’s Pokemon. For example if the Pokemon you are battling are strong than yours than you will earn a much greater XP bonus.
Earn 10 EXP
Curve Ball Bonus – If you throw a spinning Pokeball and you catch the Pokemon you will earn a 10 XP bonus.
Nice Throw Bonus – If you throw a Pokeball in the middle of a large red circle you will earn yourself a nice 10 XP bonus.
Earn 50 XP
Great Throw Bonus – If you throw a Pokeball in the middle of a smaller circle you will earn yourself a nice 50 XP bonus.
Pokestop – Simply get in range of a Pokestop, spin the dial and earn a cool 50 XP.
Earn 100 XP
Capture a Pokemon – Capture a duplicate Pokemon to earn yourself a cool 100 XP.
Excellent Throw Bonus – Throw a Pokeball in the middle of the smallest circle to earn yourself a cool 100 XP.
Earn 200 XP
Hatch a 2KM egg.
Earn 500 XP
Hatch a 5KM Egg
Catch a New Pokemon that is not in your Pokedex.
Evolve a Pokemon
Earn 1000 XP
Hatch a 10KM Pokemon
